Sugar is the worst thing to do for energy. That and energy drinks are the worst things u could use. Certain fruits and veggied are good for that. U might wanna have ur sugar levels checked. Diabetes is not a joke but is a possibility for anyone who has overeating issues w/sugar.
Refined sugar can reek havoc with your blood sugar levels. You may want to stop eating it.
