    goggle..natural hormons derived from wild yams...this is not synthetic hormons. it comes as a cream

    i just keep the fan on me all the time, it doesn't work but it's better than nothing. (and yes I AM going threw metapause, my docotr said so! my periods stopped completely by the time i was 18, we are not sure why)
