Not many details. Sad, no happiness, almost no hope. Those are three of the main assessment criteria for clinical depression. If that's the case (I think so), then it's not going to get better on it's own. Period, end of story. Treat yourself responsibly - don't waste any effort running around in circles looking for everyone's opinion hoping you'll hear the magic answer - you won't, and you'll be that much further down the road untreated. Call your physician and make an appointment. This week, not next month. Tell him how you are feeling or ask him to send you for a depression assessment. They will get you the right tools to get better - and YOU WILL GET BETTER WITH QUALIFIED HELP. You won't get better without it. If you don't have a doctor or can't afford it, there are free mental health clinics in almost every major city in the country. Look them up and get in to see them.
These are the things that you can do to fix your heart. I have almost thirty years experience in this field and have successfully dealt with severe major depression in my own life. You can do this JulietFer. Focus on taking those steps with your physician. Don't allow yourself to get sidetracked. Once you get stabilized, some therapy, self-help support groups, etc. will really be of benefit.
YOU WILL FEEL BETTER JulietFer. YOU WILL. I'm brand new here, so I don't yet know how people can get ahold of one another, but if there is any other way that I might be of help, you are more than welcome to email me. Either way, I would at least like to know how you're doing down the road.
I wish you strong progress
