I blush If I see a cute guy. How can I control this?

I'm 34 years old. I truly thought I would have grown out of this by now.

wow that used to happen to me to now it is very rare when it happens im 17 though but its probably cause you think to much about it , your thoughts are probably omg hes looking at me, omg hes talking to me so if you just chill and imagine him in a dorky outfit or something

When I get around a woman I’m really really attracted to I get a nervous tick like a little hiccup that can be embarrassing I have tried various things like pretending I have something in my throat etc. to cover it up.
