Most band t-shirts are licensed, so that's okay. Unlicensed use of image, logo, etc, is copyright infringement. You wouldn't get a letter from Pink Floyd, you'd get a cease and desist order from their attorney.

The card is technically the property of the bank, and the bank could get sued.
