Don't contact him any more. Don't sleep with him any more. When you think of him, remember why you broke up and focus on that. Remember that the better job you do of letting go, the quicker a new and better love will move into your life.

your first love always has a spot inside of you. you need to get out there and meet more people. things will get better.

1st love hunny you will never get over your 1st love its time you learn't to cope with these feelings and move on with your life there never gonna go away but they eventually you wont notice them 24/7
