down size your servings, use a smaller plate, holding your breath, and suck in your tummy for the count of ten, can be done anywhere, even waiting at the bus stop!!

Avoid junk food, saturated fat food products, if you smoke ... quit {I did} and generally eat healthy, and stop drinking cola and other sugary drinks.

a lot of my friends take a particular tablet (can't remember the name) which supresses their appetite and they lose weight quick. it stops them eating junk but it also speeds up the metabolism therfore burning the calories. they sell loads in the body building shops

You don't have to starve, just eat less than you need to maintain the weight, say 1,200 calories per day.<br />
You can find the time and place to exercise, by changing your priorities and reorganising.<br />

You cant find 20 minutes 3 times a week? If not, you just don't want to. Try walking to work or the grocery store. (But that takes even more than 1 hour a week!)

i do walk to work i walk a 45 min walk every day from college to work often i will walk an hour on top of that if i miss the last bus home.

eat less and move more.. never starve yourself or any of that, i suggest a calorie control diet of good, whole foods and more movement in general. Maybe walk to work instead of getting the bus/car?
