Talk to yourself for sometime.
Brew yourself a warm cup of tea, breathe deep, sip slowly and sip till the last drop. Then take a walk in a local park or anywhere in your neighborhood or even inside your home and let your heart's heaviness ease with every step.
Release the burden in your hearts and cry and you will be able to sleep. Think of happy thoughts. It always work.
