when i cant go to sleep it feels crappy. so what i do is i close my eyes and clear everything through my head. i forget about everything and listen to music. i listen until i feel drowsy

Buy some melatonin. It's a natural sleep aid that's perfect for those type of nights.
Probably because you need to stay hydrated or because you have anxiety issues like me. Personally, it makes my night terrors worse.

Yeah I know how ya feel. I have chronic insomnia and would sometimes end up not sleeping for like 5 days in a row. Then the creepy shadow people start coming and talkin to you. Ugh
