Know what that's like. Some people react negatively but melatonan is a good natural sleep air. Also, the is sleepytime tea, tension tamer and sweet dreams (all available at walmart) as well as a product called Nuerosleep. which is available at a lot of gas stations. It's pretty expensive (almost 4 bucks a bottle) but it doesn't take much, I can make one bottle last a week and it knocks me out and I've taken every sleep aid and nighttime pain reliever for mild insomnia since I was seven.
