Oh join the club. have had one of those days and i feel sick now.

Its ok to go through those days now and again but if its an ongoing thing maybe you should see your doctor.

Have you started new contraception or medication lately?

a particular nutritional deficiency, or final growth spurt. Maybe even dehydration

"It happens to celibates: their interest starts changing from women (or men) to food. You can look around the Indian sannyasins, the so-called mahatmas, and you will always find them very fat, with big bellies. And the reason is that their whole sexuality becomes perverted. They start focusing their libido on food.

Food and sex are deeply related, very intimately related, form the very beginning. Food is necessary for the survival of the individual and sex is necessary for the survival of the species. Sex is exactly like food for the species and food is like sex for the individual. Without food the individual will die, without sex the species will die. If you start repressing your sexuality, then the natural shift is from love to lunch."

Other than the pregnancy route, i'd say PMS or you're on a diet and your body doesn't appreciate it.

Stress, I eat a lot when I'm stressed or the whole comfort food thing, possibly feeling sad or down and want to engorge yourself in food. Then again who knows.

You body might be telling you that your missing something from your diet. If your body is not getting enough protein then it's starts giving you cravings until it finds the protein it needs.

Did you take your vitamins today?
