I can't stop thinking in rhymes! Help?

I have rapped with a friend for an hour, now I can't send messages without them coming out as rhymes. it is so annoying help?

    If you wish to stop thinking in rhymes just watch TV to pass the time.

    kelp is a herb that might help you.
    What's wrong with thinking you rhyme?
    You could make it poetry time

    It's just cute to me that's all. I have gotten into rhyming battles before. It cracks people up. Not rap or anything. Just have to respond in a way that makes since and rhymes. It's funny when everyone has been drinking.
