You have a Psycopath as a boss. They use extreme swings in emotional outbursts to slowly break down their underlings. I would do your best to either transfer to another area away from him or look for another position in another firm. <br />

Depends. If it's a corporate environment, complain to HR after documenting a few incidents and get him/her disciplined or fired.<br />
