of these kids? This site has it own rules of courtesy and decency... and the 1st Amendment doesn't apply here. (Besides, what fun can it be to act totally obnoxiously and mean?)

Flagging I did, I'm not a great blocker. The 1st amendment applies, but there is no reason to break the rules. The 1st amendment is no excuse to be coarse, obnoxious, hurtful.

It seems to come in waves. I don't know if it's because EP admin gets lax for a bit and then comes back or what. But there are episodes when my flag is madly waving. lol

I have noticed the same thing with "kid" Epers. I think they need their own area, like a big play pen for naughty obnoxious teenagers where no one cares and everyone behaves like morons.
