I have been feeling the same for abit dont feel normal like theres something wrong with be cba doing anything cant concentrate if i have a drink i flip :/
Get together with other people who share the same situation and hopefully in doing so you will learn different ways to describe the feeling. Then when you have a really good way of describing the feeling you can look for medical help.... perhaps even online.
oh ive been there. I totally have had a nervous breakdown. Thats what it is. I was scared and hid knives and things like that in high places. I would probably shoot myself if I had another one. Hang in there.
