Well I agree with maverick11.But some tips for you to lose weight are:<br />

1) Don't eat white bread so much because white bread as ALOT of sugar in it and it only makes you more hungry therefore you would keep eating and never lose weight<br />

2) I have a pair of these skechers shape-up shoes that if you go on a walk outside they help you lose weight in you stomach,leg,butt,and hips.They help you lose weight alot faster too! <br />

3)Get plenty of sleep<br />

4) Start by working out for at least 30-60 minutes a day then if you feel like it do longer work outs.<br />

5) Don't drink diet pop because scientists have said that it only makes you hungry when you shouldn't be.<br />

10) Swimming is a great thing also to do if you want to lose weight because it helps you lose weight on your whole body not just one part of your body.It also isn't hard on your bones and joints unlike walking or running.<br />

11) Jump roping is also great excersise<br />

12) Try and start eating salads more often or veggies and fruits more often too.<br />

13) If you have a craving for cheese eat any white cheese because its better for you than orange or yellow cheese.<br />

Decreased caloric intake and increased activity equal weight loss. Pick a time each day that works for you & commit to some type of activity. Choose things that you enjoy basketball, skate boarding, walking, jogging, swimming, dancing is awesome! Put on your favorite music & just start moving! I always take my Ipod Nano with me on my walks & to the gym. Music really motivates & makes working out not such a chore. It also helps to shut the noises out so that you can concentrate on your activity/work out.

It depends upon how much you need to get rid of. If you aren't motivated, it's not going to happen. Having friends is not going to make you get rid of weight. Learning to love yourself as you are and then working on what you want to change and then doing it as maverick11 suggests.

I lost over 50 pounds after reading a book called Think & Lose Weight by Phillip Collins. I previously tried everything, from exercising like a mad man to starving myself. This book just makes sense. Once you get your head right, losing weight becomes easy. Didn't believe it at first, but tried it and it worked. The book is on Amazon.
