If you drink, stop. If you're not exercising, start. Stay away from fast food. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. And engage in lots of sex.
Try deciding in the morning when you have the grumpies, to be positive. Yes, it takes effort (but so does feeling miserable).

There could be a few answers to this. It could be your diet like eating too much sugar. Or it could be your thoughtlife and dwelling on negative self defeating thoughts which will bring your emotions down in the dumps. Does depression run in the family? Ive had all these and more and have learned a few secrets along the way to staying happy even when life is raining (poop): Love God, love people, and love yourself (In a healthy way). Look for ways to help others and look for the good in life instead of the bad. Think positive! Also, you might live in an area that doesnt get a lot of sunlight , like Washington. Some people have to get a special light when they live in those areas. I hope this helps!
