    That's why I don't adore cats, they get into everything and walk on the kitchen counter with those litter box paws.

    he has lots of toys and he is 4 months old.

    Well then, he is getting into every thing because he is a young curious kitten still and even though he has lots of toys he still needs his owner to engage in play with him with the toys....... cats like to paw at, chase and climb to get their prey --try to interact with your kitten with toys that allows him to do the things that come natural to him as a cat.
