i am getting help, i dont want to remember it, im glad i dont in some ways, its just hard to accept and believe maybe part of me doesnt want to believe something so bad could happen to me

It would be best to confront the rapist, but that is not always possible. In your case, it's probably impossible. For you, you need to find your friends and let them support you before you can get past it.
