It's safe but not recommended.Your body is still under stress from the alcohol, you may be less coordinated than usual, and you need to drink lots of water to recover from the water lose already caused by the alcohol. If you do exercise,do something light like yoga and still drink plenty of water.Good luck. :)

The best cure is to go to a construction site in the hot sun and listen to someone using a jack-hammer.

Wait awhile and start drinking water to cleanse your body.

Nope. Just chill and wait while your hangover is over.

No, it isn't safe. Being in a hangover or just hungover means that your body fluids and functions are still out of wack from a heavy dose of alcohol the night before. Your brain isn't getting enough water and nutrients to function correctly and the way you would need it to perform various exercises. The best thing to do is take it like it is. It's the weekend. Have some fun, relax and enjoy the holiday. Or if you are determined to exercise today you can eat plenty of vitamin rich foods (vegetables) with protein (more vegetables), Vitamin C rich foods along with lots of water to help your body get its balance back. Most people who have hangovers just ride it out and don't eat anything until they feel better. That's not good for a healthy mind.

Its safe if you are awake. However if you still have a bit of a hangover then I would wait a bit and then once you are completely sober then you could start exercising.

drink gatorade or something else with electrolytes, and lots of water. if youre not feeling well the exercise may make you feel worse. i'd take the day off. but why would you drink to the point that you feel sick? doesn't it kind of take the fun away?

youll feel bad exercising but it will help the hangover to go away if u start sweating. be sure to keep drinking fluids and that will help too.
