I eat healthy food, workout, don't smoke/drink but because I am fat I am nasty and unhealthy?
Some people have slower metabolism. Different issues that case them to retain weight even if they are healthy and arrive. Being thin doesn't mean that you're more attractive or better than someone who is larger. I know plenty if smaller people who I am healthier than. And I am considered fat and disgusting an unhealthy? That's insulting as hell because its a ignorant assumption. I don't assume that because your black you love Fred chicken. Or that you're cheap if your Jewish. Or you choose to be gay. I don't think that because your skinny you don't eat. So why think that because I am fat that I am nasty, unhealthy and lazy?

I am dealing with something similar. I just lost like 80 pounds on a shake diet then went on my wifes vegitarian diet. I'm gaining weight like crazy by eating "healthy" food. But in the end calories are calories and unless your body can break the laws of physics then you will gain weight if you eat more calories than you burn. If you eat more than you burn then chances are you may have high blood sugar or blood sugar spikes witch are unhealthy in the long run. But I imagine your question is more retorical than anything. Don't let the jerks get to you. Your beautiful :)
