In all seriousness, talk to a professional. I feel numb a lot of the times, numb or irritated, or lonely, or anxious. Every once in a while I can genuinly laugh at something, and feel happy. But talk to a doctor they may help.
Watch a very emotionally loaded movie. Then cry your eyes out. Usually afterward, you will be able to feel a bit again. <br />
Amazing what good a cry can do in certain circumstances. I haven't cried in a while, and I think it's getting to be about time when i need to.
Here's the thing, Kayla. You're a smart girl, right? You know you're not feeling well. You know this isn't the way it's supposed to go. You know you're supposed to feel your feelings. That's what you just said. So we have to figure out two things, don't we? Why are you feeling this way and what can we do?<br />
The good news is there are lots of people who can help you. They're all around and it is so much easier than you think. What this is is a symptom of depression. Not the most common one, but common enough that all the doctors who treat it know what to do. Depression is a medical condition. It's all either a small part of your brain or chemicals in your brain that are messing with you.<br />
Bottom line, see a doctor. They don't judge you. They help you. Really. You can feel better. You really can.

trust me it could be ALOT worse. I say just chill and do something you like to do for now. When I get that way I'm usually very easily set off like a bomb or volcano so watchout. But sometimes it's good to not feel anything at all cause you appreciate it when you actually do open up a little and feel something. watch something funny on youtube!...or exercise (I like running when I'm angry), or drawing when I'm down, or just turning off all the lights and listening to music with my earbuds when I feel numb....but whatever you do, enjoy the numb moments.
