Been there and sometimes I don't have a route out, but I find myself out one way or the other, even if it means after a night of sleep. I recommend going outside and turning your body until you're facing west then start walking till you find yourself alone in the country mountains. Then get a motorcycle. Or get one right off the bat.
Just keep on climbing.
There is something I like to call the zen of doing. Just putting your body to a mindless task and keep doing it until your mind clears or your body drops. BrklynCarioca is right on it with going outside & walking. Destination is unimportant. Pushing yourself to start doing it kinda fills that need to control something. I use cleaning too, but you have to careful or that turns into full OCD. I hope this helps.
