You're hurting yourself to take your mind away from the tension you're feeling now. It's really hard you're in a rough patch. You need time and determination to pull through.
For me, I will go hiking, gyms, or cleaning my house, something that drains my excess energy. Then have a cup of coffee, listen to music and write down the happenings, plan ahead and take actions.Like (1)

I'm sorry that you're feeling this way. I would urge you to seek the help of a psychiatrist so that they may counsel you into why you feel this way and some ways that you can NOT feel that way.

You need to find someone to vent your feelings to, its better to talk it out. I know because i help people vent all the time and they feel lighter. Its bad to keep piling stuff so like i said you need to vent
