I stand by this policy completely. I hate unions. I believe in individual exceptionality. I believe that those that produce the best results deserve the most reward, and those that follow the status quo and the political correctness of their union bosses, should be let go. Results matter, effort and seniority has no effect.
Of curse, it's the fault of the Unions. Is this Mtt wrting or what? If not for unions we'd all be working for as much as they get in China you fool.
Try reading arsehole.
When they typical Chicago teacher makes $76,000 a year in pay let alone the benefits and you have the average Chicago resident making far less than that and not nearly the benefits, something is wrong. Teachers work for the municipality, not like Chicago where people work for the teachers.
Teachers have it pretty good and should have no right to strike. These days they make a pretty good salary, they get tenair, health care benefits, credit unions, tax deductions, homeownership discounts, car purchase discounts, very good retirement, and they get several weeks paid off for holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break where the parent has to pay more money for child care cost. They get every holiday off with pay and then they get the entire summer off with pay. The National Teacher pay range was $45,000-$91,000 per year plus all the benefits. I support pay for performance and if not performaning, then like any other job, that person should be fired and replaced...Americans Children deserve better.
Any and every teacher who refuses to show up for work because some union said they have to go on strike should be fired and banned from ever teaching anywhere for life. All unions need to de disbanned as tey have no use in today's society. they are nothing but a bunch of commie thugs getting richer off their members.
yep...unions had their due
