    Take a digital recorder with you (in your pocket... They look like cell phones.) and hit the 'record' button every time he's with you. If he's truly harassing and threatening you, he's engaging in illegal activity, and he can get into a LOT of trouble for it. Just don't compromise yourself by engaging in the same type of behaviour.
