ultimately you have to get in the habit right? But before that you need to reward yourself for small victories. After 3 weeks you get used to working out. But also it would be nice to give yourself a big reward if you get your main goal. What would be a great goal for you? Special date? Special dress? Sex with someone special??
either you have it or you dont... you can try writing down your workouts on a calendar so you can gauge your process
Find a friend who is also interested and push each other. Set reachable goals and work together as a team to reach them.
