You can wear high heals just make sure they are ones that are not too slim that are wider because then the heel gives you more stability... :)

A) buy good quality heels - cheap shoes are badly made and uncomfortable<br />

B) buy shoes of the right size. Like all shoes they come in difefrent sizes and fits (wide narrow etc). Make sure you get measured and buy the right size - badly fitting shoes will not help!<br />

C) start off with low heels and practice, like anything it takes time to get used to them<br />
<br />
D) Wear them in approprite circumstances - if you have to walk across a field or climb a mountain - you will break the shoes and break an ankle. Pick the tiems you wear them<br />

E) Don't wear them for too long to start with - build up the time you wear them and the height of the heels gradually<br />

F) Heels look and feel beautiful, BUT they can be a strain. Wear them when they have best effect - that is - wear flat shoes to the office, and change into the heels for the day, then change back into flats for the journey home<br />

G) If you have corns or hard skin or other foot problems, visit a chiropodist to sort them out - that will make wearing heels a lot easier.<br />

H) When starting ALWAYS carry a pair of flats with you. If the heels start to rub and cause blisters you need something to change into to help youd eal with the blisters and to help them recover<br />
