I've been dealing with this for years. Here's what I do: I get the weekly circular, circle all sales that match the coupons I've clipped. Saving money. I also have a standing list of fruit and veg that I know I'll eat. Often I but too much, but some loss is acceptable as I hardly pay full price for anything, and often less than half.

Could be youre just depressed? When I get severely depressed and reclusive I wont eat anything all day just dont have the appetite or energy to make myself something.
Make a list and stick to it.. Or shop online and have it delivered
