It is just one of those things...A right of passage even.

All the finger waggers on this thread should untwist their knickers and remember what it is like to be 16, if they can.. ;)

Clean the car, be on your best behaviour for a few weeks, and do try not to get so drunk that you throw up...It's really not a good look!

Don't you know right from wrong, don't you know went to feel bad and not, do you really need some one to tell you how you must feel. you really need to work on your individuality.

no because once they say that, stop feeling guilty. Throwing up in the car is not a big deal if they said that.
the thing you should feel bad about is being in a situation where you are drunk and throwing up in your parent's car in the first place!! That is bound to work against you in so many different ways later!
You should crash at someone's house, call a taxi, have the person you got drunk with give you a ride...whatever.

Well, it's only natural to feel bad about that. I would. But your parents have forgiven you. Try not to drink too much anymore. You're only 16 so this is a good lesson to learn. Some of us never learn. I'm 44 and still sometimes forget what my limit is

it's just a car. kids get drunk and they throw up. you should probably offer to pay for special cleaning or purchase some products and take care of it yourself.

feeling bad is a social mechanism developed to tell you don't do that again - acknowledge the feeling - vow not to do it again - clean it up - and pass on.
