nobody does, music is tasteless and produced for the masses and dies off as the next worthless piece of junk song comes out. Unfortunately this happens to be my generation. However I do find Katy Perry to be talented

NO body really, in my opinion. Music today has no thought behind it. Nothing new that will ever be considered a 'classic'. Gone are the days of the Phil Collins' and Pink Floyds'. I think were at a dead generation for music. Hopefully something will come along soon. There are people out there now who have talent and can sing but they put no thought into their music. It's meaningless for the most part. And too main stream pop for me.

Well, to answer your question:

Miley Cyrus, Lil Wayne, Britney Spears, American Idol winners all sit on the throne today.

What my opinion is, is that they are all garbage and I'd take any pre-2000 music any day.
