chamomile tea, and a couple of melatonin vitamins- they make ya fall asleep in fifteen minutes.
thats all nice but what if your too poor for even the cheapest liquior
drink milk and take vitamins...exercise and proper diets...a proper circulation of blood and oxygen in the body helps you to avoid insomnia
