I had a dream of 4 full moons with in a diamond shape?

I dreamt of a diamond shape with a full moon in each corner,4 in totall,also a symbol of wavy lines one above each other in 2d vision.andin the same vision i was looking down from above at silver pool-lake with the face of my sister upon it in a valley with mountains in the distance i seemd to be standing upon a rocky outcrop this vue was in3d.
Some how i think its fortelling that my sister is pregnant?
