I listen to music, that relaxes me and make some time just for me whether it's swimming, hiking, or just being outdoors in nature. I need that time to unwind and decompress.

Just close your eyes and remember the last time you went out with your family and had fun... The day you were most happy... Or the time you laughed a lot... Helps a great deal...

staying in the house, no phone calls ( i usually don't want to talk about the bad day) Y relive the darn thing. I veg out stay in, and just entertain myself, music, mindless television, books, a talk with a higher power, iPad, ....doing a little snacking...it all takes the edge off, time alone and no phone.

Have a better day tomorrow :-)
A long soak in the bath and a bottle of wine does it for me :-)
