Some people just reject piercings. It sounds like you just weren't meant to have one, I suppose. Sorry.
If you want more information, or more conclusive answers, you should try going back to your piercer.

um its normal, it happens a lot, rose is right or you could get it done deeper or on the other side

bodys naturally push foreign object out.... some more than others
