Aaahhh, to be young again...congrats on the new baby and kudos for realizing you do need to lose the weight. Check out what Dr. Davis has to say about grains....stunning research in his new book Wheat Belly....your local library should have it. In the meantime read his blog<br />

Sugar is also a problem but start with eliminating grains and as you do that you will probably cut down on your sugar intake too. <br />

RE: Dr. Oz....he's not on board yet with realizing the damage grains do....hopefully he will be soon. He cannot ignore it much longer. Drugs for anything are NOT the answer for chronic conditions.

my doc put me on a diet that helped very much. i can eat all day and lose weight. i have not been doing so good lately. i just lost my job and have had a lot of things going on. food has always been my drug of choice, my comforter.
