    have you considered the difference between doing whats required at work, and doing more to advance?

    I work 40 hours a week and im at college plus i look after my disabled grandparent and my aunite who is 17 so i think i work hard enough just not enough money

    i understand your perspective although for money what happens outside of work, will not impact your immediate paycheck, and it would not be fair for you to expect it too. Your situation is challenging, and since you're in college i would move forward knowing the money will eventually be there if you make it through the now
