Depends on the thong. Most of them, you won't even feel in my opinion, but some are annoying. The thicker the string, the more uncomfortable it is, especially if it's a thick string of textured fabric, like lace.

I think they are ridiculous. And the idea of something being between someone's butt cheeks all day....nasty.
