u cud jus close your eyes for 10 secs and open it whenever u feel anxious
take a deep breath then exhale til you can no longer do so while slowly relaxing your eyelids to the point of closure, then do a mild to fair head wobble then same for your shoulders as you do these wobbles clear your mind of any and all things breath in from your nose then release it all. Fill your upper torso area with happy, confident, self-assured emotions of thought. Then open your eyes skim across the 3 titles and the one that grabs your attention start writting....do the same for the remaining 2. It'll happen quickly and painless-accomplished. =)<br />
