I have a basset hound and he always gets out of his harness! can anyone help me ?

can anyone help me with this i want to be able to trust he will be safe outside with out getting in the road?

    Go to Walmart, and at the 'As Seen On TV' section, there's a dog harness there, I bought it for my dog and it works REALLY well!!! He never gets out of it anymore!!!

    Yes, someone can help you. Jk. If the harness has a lock, use it. If not consider buying a new one/better one. Or consider NOT going outside WITH the dog
