No, it will burst when it is ready. I had one on my leg last October for two weeks, showed it to my GP, and he said to leave it and let it burst on it's own. It was three weeks later when it did and I still have the mark it left.

NO....................not a pin. A needle. Pins aren't stainless steel. Use a small needle with a length of CLEAN WHITE thread in it. Poke the needle through the blister, and draw the thread through slowly, to absorb the water; then let it air dry overnight. DON'T knot the thread before drawing it through the blister. That would hurt.
