    Take an over the counter analgesic such as tylenol, get off the computer and rest your eyes.

    This sounds crazy but try a benedryl or nyquil then.

    At least a full glass of cool (not cold!) water, a over the counter analgesic that has caffeine in it (anything that says it is for 'migraines'), and a nice relatively quiet dark room.

    I had massive headache today. Ibprofen 3 gel caps.
