Gargle with salt water then take tablespoon of lemon and honey is also good for coughs. lf it lasts more than 3 days see a Doctor.
Perhaps you could try resting...i am sure when you wake up...you might feel a bit better...but if sleeping has no help...you probally going to have a cough

You can gargle salt water. A sore throat for me usually means I'm getting sick. Try a hot bath or shower, sleep good and eat healthy. Also take bucklys. They work AMAZING! Hope I helped:)
Take lemon juce from those little bottles tht look like lemons at the store and quickly squeeze the juice on the part of your thought that hurts the most it will hurt like hell butt futer bit your through hurts less
I am with Nightwindmariah, but better to add some grated ginger with the honey + lemon. It always soothes my throat.
Hot water, tea, honey and pineapple. Going to the doctor obviously makes sense for the obvious reasons.
go to the doctor already. the other stuff is good for symptomatic relief, but it won't help it go away.
Boil water in a small pot with Sea Salt. Place a towel over your head and bend over the pot and breathe in the steam.....the hotter you can take it.....the better.....it kills germs!

Lemon and honey taken as a drink diluted with some warm water came to mind... Honey is apparently a good healer, and the lemon acidity makes it difficult for the bacteria to grow.

4now i wud have a lemsip,they work wonders,tho contain parecetamol,so dont take if ur already on paracetamol,or gargle tcp,its rank but helps,make sure to dilute it tho

i am with irkun - u need to head to a doctor - sounds like strep throat (which i get alot) you'll need antibiotics - until u can get to a doctor use medicated throat lozenges - use ones with an anesthetic to help with the pain
