too much water reduces the salts in the mud. if the mud is wet it is enough. but dont make it like a small lake aroud it.
if it was small, try covering the upper part by fabric to protect it from burney sunlight. ( not proffecional, but this is what I see)

I don't really know. But could you be letting water splash back on to the leaves when you water the soil? Some plants don't like that. Or, too much water? Not enough light? I hope somebody answers who knows!

Indoors? Do you have gas stove or heat? If so, the fumes could be poisoning it (yes this happens - a lot). Water is the most likely reason - too much or too little. Also, could be time for a bigger pot and some fresh soil.

Could be a lack of minerals (often iron) in the soil. Maybe time for some fresh soil.

I have a lot of plants. But the palm variety, I find, are toughest. The leaves turn yellow and brown, even when the other species are doing fine in the same environment.

I can only think that maybe it is not the right mineral mix in the soil. Palms generally have thicker, more rigid leaves, which it seems would require more nutrients to stay strong.

Iam no expert, but iam thinking transplant to a bigger pot, fresh soil and maybe put in some plant food, keep it out of direct sunlight if you live in a hot climate it could be the leaves are getting sunburned (iam sure theres a technical name for it but you get my point) water only once a week or as needed, as i say iam no expert and cant promise any of this will work, but give it a try.

you could be doing everything right. Try adding some maganese sulfate & see if that helps. Palm fronds start to turn yellow/brown when the soil is depleted of it.
