Old time recipe, Turpentine(medicinal Grade, ask pharmacy) Crisco, Epsom Salts. Mix up a poultice and put it on your nose, cover with a bandage overnight. In the morning this drawing poultice will most likely bring your pimple to a head for easy removal. This poultice is the best for any kind of abscess or infection externally.

honestly its not good to pop it lol...but what i do is get a rag and put hot water on the rag then let it sit on my face to where i have the pimple. by doing so, pores are able to open, thus making it easier to rid of the pimple

First you don't want to 'pop' it. especially there. But you can draw it up by putting a hot wash cloth on it. Then since the pores are open use some thing atringent or an ance drying agent to help it dry out and go away. Or you could try a shrinking agent on it for a quick fix ( oddly enough Preparation H helps them shrink) or even an ice cube. It helps take the swelling down a bit.

Put alcohol on it and let it dry up.
