I take 1200 mg of magnesium daily to help me with restless leg syndrome and muscle cramps.
It is cheap, too, and it helps with brain and bone issues. Good stuff.

Low potassium levels cause that too.
my big toe is super sensitive in the winter -- if i stub it OWWW - during the summer it goes away !!! It's not an ingrown toenail either...
