I had someone try to massage my feet once and I almost kicked them in the face...I don't think that would be a good idea.

I have a halsa mat.. it helps me..it is like acupuncture.. you can stand on it lay on it.. whatever.. but it works for me.. i love it.

works so good.. my daughter has had severe soft tissue damage due to car wreck and also has minor scoliosis pain since she was very young.. she uses it and has been off the lortab and tylenol 3 since we got it a few years back.. I totally recommend it..

I have debilitating endometriosis... sometimes I can't even get out of my bed the pain is so bad. I'll just suffer for about 6-7 hours... nothing I can do... <br />

my big toe is super sensitive in the winter -- if i stub it OWWW - during the summer it goes away !!! It's not an ingrown toenail either...
