Lots of rice, beans, and lentils.
Red beans, parsley, garlic, some hot green chillies, chives or celery, olive oil, salt n pepper and bobs your uncle. Nice lunch salad. The beans are good enough forya in that one.
Drink a lot of water. That will curb your appetite.

i think hoodia is a weight-loss product & am pretty sure its illegal in the US, i'd stay away from that.<br />
