I have been extremely tired all the time and don't know what it is...

You may say I need more exercise, but I don't think that's the case. And the only way to get properly diagnosed is to go to a doctor, but I do not have insurance for one.

    It may be any of the following:

    1. What you eat or drink or what you weigh as obesity is a big contributor to fatigue.
    2. How much you sleep. Many people don't get enough sleep. If you're one of them, avoid caffeine and alcohol in the hours just before bedtime, turn off the TV before bed, and keep your bedroom quiet and restful.
    3. How much you exercise (as you already know).
    4. Depression If your feelings of exhaustion are accompanied by sadness and loss of appetite, and you just can't find any pleasure in things you once enjoyed, you may be depressed.

    Things that may require medical attention you may be able to find a free clinic:

    5. Anemia. You can remedy anemia with an iron-rich diet, heavy in meats and dark, leafy greens, or supplements if you have a chronic iron deficiency.
    6. Thyroid problems
    7. Diabetes. People who have uncontrolled diabetes just plain don't feel good and sometimes have blurred vision or urinate a lot.
    8. Heart problems

    Not prego. lol Stress maybe...I slept a lot so there should be no excuse. But I am still tired.
