Also any one know what it entails doing do ou have to be able to swim fully clothe in shoes as well?
I am 13yrs old and if it entails swimming fully clothed in shoes as well then I can do this as I did it last weekend without my parents knowing

    I think that as long as you're a scout and meet all the swimming requirements you qualify.
