Diverticulosis is a condition of the colon, which is at the end of your intestinal tract. I believe diarrhea would have to originate higher in the digestive system, by the time stuff reaches your colon it would pretty much be digested already. The only thing diverticulosis would cause is pain. (I'm not a doctor)

yes it can and most people who have a colonostomy usually have this type of after affect ~ shud it occur for more than two days consult the advice of a medical profession ! good Luck !
